Appointment needed to add a person to an account; cannot book online because web site loops, automated phone service is unresponsive, walk in and see multi bank officers sitting in their cubicles, none are available, though none have a client in person or on the phone. Can’t get an answer on how long of a wait. Why oh why do I bank here?! Time to close my account.
Had a great experience today getting in for a quick notary signature. They fit us in because they could tell we were in need
Utter inability to do a simple international wire transfer. The “banker” and the manager couldn’t figure out how to enter an account number. Really. Had wired here from other branches before. The one on the other side of town did it later in the day in under 5 minutes, no issue. Routine. I would stay away from this place, the people working there have no idea what they are doing.
