Had a great experience today getting in for a quick notary signature. They fit us in because they could tell we were in need
Utter inability to do a simple international wire transfer. The “banker” and the manager couldn’t figure out how to enter an account number. Really. Had wired here from other branches before. The one on the other side of town did it later in the day in under 5 minutes, no issue. Routine. I would stay away from this place, the people working there have no idea what they are doing.
Drove over to get a wire transfer. The teller said I needed to have an appointment and there’s no one that can handle a wire transfer as a walk-in. What a joke.
The staff was so accommodating and quick. Friendly and informative. Plenty of parking, very clean and organized inside. 10/10 will come back to this location.
