People are very friendly.
I had a telephone question about a deposit I wanted to ask a Saco Branch representative. I pressed 4 to speak to the Representative and after a couple of rings the automated system dropped me because the prompt expected me to go online to ask my question. There is absolutely no Customer Service with BOA. Once my mortgage is paid off, I am done. There are too many other bank options in this community that do provide customer service.
