It has been over two weeks when I open accounts for my sons they are minors, I am still waiting for their debit cards no clue when they gonna arrive, when I check today I got the answer probably it lost and I will wait for 6 business days to get them .
Received nothing but kindness! As a customer at BofA I felt heard and understood as a client and felt taken care of. Pop in and give em a go! I still call for support at this branch when needed and I moved away.
They are literally the worst bank that has ever existed Ive had nothing but bad experiences at the branch in Saco Maine and now the same goes for the one in South Portland Maine they have a limit were they do not cash checks over a certain amount. I've never dealt with this from any other bank besides Bank of America.
Old and outdated place. Terrible management. Avoid at all costs!!!
