I've been a Bank of America customer over 10 years. They closed my credit card with out notifying me. I dont owe more then $30. I feel like this is a illegal. That really affected my credit. Im trying to buy house. Im looking to close my account with them. And find another bank. I would not recommend them to any one.
This is the slowest branch of any banking establishment I have ever used, personally or professionally. The employees don’t even count your money anymore, it is all done electronically yet somehow it takes more then 15 minutes to get change or make a deposit when there is no none else in line. I’d never dare use the drive thru, for fear of the amount of emissions my car would produce while waiting.

It has been over two weeks when I open accounts for my sons they are minors, I am still waiting for their debit cards no clue when they gonna arrive, when I check today I got the answer probably it lost and I will wait for 6 business days to get them .
