I'm immunocompromised, so I didn't especially enjoy being "assisted" by a teller who sniffled and sneezed throughout the entire process. She was, of course, unmasked. I get that everyone hates mask mandates, but maybe—just maybe—if you're going to work in a customer service job while you're actively sick, you should take reasonable steps to avoid spreading your sickness to your customers. Good location but unfriendly staff
Called over 10 times past 3 business days and no one answers the phone. This is one of the many reason I do my personal/business banking at Bangor Savings and just have an account here for emergencies.
