Making an appointment with this branch does you no good. I scheduled an appointment with Kendrick Doughty. When I got there, he was unaware of the appointment. When I showed him the confirmation from corporate, his response was "Huh". Doesn't say much for thier customer service at the branch. Also, they won't let you take money out of your account unless you tell them what it's for now. Apparently, they don't understand the concept of privacy. I'm immunocompromised, so I didn't especially enjoy being "assisted" by a teller who sniffled and sneezed throughout the entire process. She was, of course, unmasked. I get that everyone hates mask mandates, but maybe—just maybe—if you're going to work in a customer service job while you're actively sick, you should take reasonable steps to avoid spreading your sickness to your customers.
