Terrible teller service. I don’t quite understand it to be honest. Bad day or just bad attitude.
Went to open a simple estate account and not treated well. Greeter wanted to conduct business in the open area. Another woman came out to the lobby to assist but also was talking about stocks account. They asked her to call attorney for ein number which she did with them in the lobby. Both bank reps kept talking over while she was on the phone. Seems that at some point she should have had some privacy. Wife eventually left crying.
Avoid this bank of america Location they are rude " they have zero respect for there customers ive been with Bank of America for 25 years but i will Publicaly tell people dont waste youre time or energy they have a few Ignorant employes that should be fired Based on awful customer service " i was at this Loction trying to be reimberced for a mistake that was made with there accountent they then feuded with me in a racist manor and threatned to call the police on me for Mis calulation that they made an Error Do not do busnies... read more
