Wow, I have been banking with Bank of America for 15 years and over the past 6 months every time I stop in do conduct business at this branch I have been greeted by rude and condescending employees. Apparently BofA is training their staff on which customers to drive out and manager eligibility has pretty lose standards. I am closing my accounts as Chase bank is a much friendlier alternative.
I’ve been a customer for about 37 yrs and this past 4 weeks has been a nightmare. There was a mix up with my debit card and although I have been to bank 4times on phone more than I can count and assured each time problem was fixed(past Saturday was 4th time) I still cannot access my money , shop, pay a bill etc. I am forced to use a charge card with a high interest to get essentials . New cards sent to me still don’t work. I’m done!!! If not fixed today taking all my money out and going to new bank!!!
They really need to work on enforcing a uniform policy for depositing checks in peoples' maiden name. I had no issues doing this a month ago. It was a quick and painless transaction. Thinking it would be the same, I made the trip in today and was denied because I don't casually carry my marriage certificate around with me, despite my account originally being in my maiden name.
