I had a wonderful experience at this bank today. The wait time was minimal, which I always appreciate. What stood out even more, though, was the quality of the service. The teller (Brent Miller) I worked with was so knowledgeable and gave me some truly helpful advice. Highly recommend!
Upon seeing negative reviews of this location, I felt compelled to leave a review of my multiple positive experiences here. Every time I have gone in, my requests have been serviced effectively and promptly. Specifically, there is one employee (I believe her name is Elvira) who is exceptional and defines what great customer service means. I think this is a great BoA branch and hopefully this review can help guide others who may be turned off from negative reviews that are from several years ago.
