The service here is terrible. I normally don’t write reviews unless I’m genuinely upset, but today pushed me over the edge. I had to reschedule my appointment for the THIRD time because every time I arrive on time, I end up waiting 30+ minutes just to be told they no longer have time for me and need to reschedule. I was hoping to get help over the phone instead so I wouldn’t have to deal with the unprofessional comments made in person. Great service! Everyone was kind and polite. They took my simple request of accessing my safe deposit box and helped with putting my money to work for me. Now I make over $100 in interest a month vs cents.
I made a deposit, and they gave me a slip with the wrong amount. It took me two hours going back and forth with them, and I still left the bank without the issue being fixed. I came back the next day, and it took another hour to finally resolve the problem. Very poor management.
Poor ATM service. I have been using Bank of America for decades now, and this location has become so terrible, you aren’t even able to utilize the ATM’s. There are currently only 3 ATM’s, and 60% (or more) of the time 1 or more are “unavailable” for all or partial services. (Deposits/withdrawls/etc.) There are also times the ATM’s are completely broken, or “lose” money. I had a few bills “consumed” or lost while trying to make deposits.
