Even with new look inside, it still won’t help its score. The employees are very slow, talks way too much, sometimes goofing off and kinda lazy. I came yesterday and was told to come tomorrow due to “Computers not functioning.” The lady set up an appointment today at 2pm. Came in seven minutes before two, sit and wait for an hour and half just for the lady to tell me to come back tomorrow. She never apologized, or explained why. REALLY BAD SERVICE EVERYDAY ALL MACHINES ARE OUT SERVICE WE HAVE TO LATE BILLS
Everyone hates on BofA but, I’ve had them since I was 8 years old - I’m 17 now. and haven’t had a single issue with them. I’ve had allowances, birthday money, a job, etc and they’ve always been able to assist me in anyway they can. My favorite part of BofA is the ability to deposit money into any BofA ATM & Zelle OFC!!! I’ve been to this branch many times in the past and they have been amazing.

All employees are lazy, talk too much, walking here and there but not working properly, 8 Customers on line but only one Cashier was helping them to deposit and pay out. I never see them much of bad services like here last 16 years with bank of America.
