This branch is really lacking in service. I think their customer support is weak when it comes to anything beyond the basic stuff.
We walked in to open a account and there was some black lady that was on the phone, we waited and waited and she didn't care if we were there. The service was very bad, I would of given zero if I could.
It is nice to have a close branch.
Friendly staff were able to handle unusual transaction easily.
The fact that Bof A closed this facility shows they simply don't care about their customers.
