Horrible service, horrible ATM situation while pushing all customers to use the ATMs
TELLER PROCESSED MY TRANSACTION WRONG AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL TUESDAY TO FIX HER MISTAKE. NO, COMPASSION, NO APOLOGY JUST AN OH WELL. I WILL BE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT. IT'S NOT WORTH ALL THE HASSLES AND ERRORS.
The staff and Yuly the financial manager are very welcoming and helpful. I was having an issue with my banking app and finally it got solved.
