Bad customer service. I stood in line for 18 mins every teller is moving VERY SLOW. While standing in line one of the workers walk up and says I need him to get in front of you because he been here a while. Why you couldn’t stop what you’re were doing to help him? So unprofessional lack of respect.Â
This bank has many options and the staff has Spanish assistance.Â
Came in before 4. But would not make an appointment.Â
