10 people waiting in line in the lobby with only one person working the desk with 3 empty stations. Poor customer service.
Went to Bank of America at this location (1591 N Germantown Pkwy, Cordova, TN 38016) to get a cashier check this morning. The cashier named Trey, was very professional, pleasant, polite and diligent. He went the extra miles in producing the cashier check for me. Thank you, Trey!
Customer service was bad last year, and today I came in and found it went from bad to worse.
No Drive-thru at this location....you have to go inside and the line is usually long & slow. The parking lot is tight to navigate in a larger SUV or truck. The tellers are fairly friendly. I rather go here than Bartlett because that location is horrible.
