Lousy service and poor knowledge when it comes to merril lynch.
I came here on 8/7/2025 around noon one person was in line I was trying to do a wire transfer because my app would only let me do a certain amount when I got here the lady says I need to make an appointment or go to another Bank of America I was confused like it only one person in line im from Michigan i never experienced anything like this so in a couple of weeks I just closed my account thanks for the service
10 people waiting in line in the lobby with only one person working the desk with 3 empty stations. Poor customer service.
