Go find a credit union to bank with. This place is full of stipulations and doesn’t act human. Had a check from insurance and according to insurance have a year to cash and even on app from insurance says it’s still good to cash but Bank of America says no. Guess they don’t want their property we still have a mortgage on fixed from the tornado. Such a joke…
I've been a BoA member for 30+ years and used plenty of branches but this is my main branch and will be based on the excellent customer service that I always receive. The whole team is patient, clearly explains things, and they're easy to get appointments for complex things (we do business and personal banking here). Alisha and Maiya are especially fantastic - don't let them leave!

I’ve always had positive experiences at this Bank of America branch until today. The employee I interacted with, Diamond, was noticeably unfriendly and rushed through the interaction. There was no warmth, no greeting, and the conversation felt more like a transaction than customer service. If Diamond is not enjoying her role, it may be time to consider a position that doesn’t involve direct interaction with customers. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression.
