I just wanted to give a shoutout to Alisha. My sister and I had a horrid experience at a different branch and we were ready to go through similar troubles at this location but Alisha understood our situation and provided a solution ensuring we didn't have to wait. We were in and out in 20 minutes. Thank you for your customer service and your expertise Alisha.
Everyone at this location was very professional, friendly and helpful when I went in. I had actually been dreading going into a BoA thanks to reading all the negative reviews, but I couldn't put off visiting any longer... And much to my delighted surprise, everyone was truly helpful! Five different BoA associates made sure I was helped.
