Эти люди сначала заставляют ждать, а затем говорят что не могут сделать то что в отделениях других штатов делают без проблем. Еще и говорят что это не легально.. ленивые и не образованные люди. Наличие диплома не всегда означает что человек образован и является профессионалом в своем деле.
