I had a very nice young lady assist me with closing out 2 Money Market accounts this morning. The process was quick and she was very knowledgeable and personable. Her name is Cindy ( sp) . Thanks BoA for making this a quick and painless experience. P.S. place is beautiful after the reno and all team members are friendly and helpful.
I've visited this bank twice. Initially, I waited an hour and was told to schedule an appointment. On my scheduled appointment day, November 2nd Alejandro assisted me but required my wife's presence to open our joint savings account. However, upon returning today, I discovered Alejandro hadn't scheduled our account opening as promised. This experience has been disappointing, and I expect better service.
