Last week I went to this branch to open an account for my son.Cindy was our banker…even though we were there a few minutes before 5 Cindy greeted me at the door and was happy to help me. I have not had great customer service in a while. I don’t usually write reviews but I had to give her a shout out.
Friendly and professional
DO NOT BANK AT THIS LOCATION Hands down the worst customer service ever. Literally came at 432pm and was told I was 2mins too late because they stop accepting new customer at 430!!. And I stood there begging them to take my money because God knows BANK OF AMERICA needs new customers and was greeted with the worse attitude.
Carlos was so helpful from start to finish. I love this location, very friendly and always clean. Thank you BOA family 🤎
This place is always a problem with 24 hour ATM outside..Make us waiste our time and go deposit all the way in Macclan Road
