I went into this BOA today as my debit card was giving issues. Ms.Geneva was outstanding by not only addressing my card but also educating me to the bank of America online "Erica" feature that can support me 24/7. I'm so thankful for her help and assistance. We need more establishments like this that can support issues and provide great customer service. I will be back to discuss addition banking needs in the future.

Katherine is the goat at BOA!!! She is the true definition of providing excellent customer service and going over and beyond I love it she get all 5s from me!!! .
I have been with BOA for over 15+ years and this is the worst service I have ever received. They do not appreciate their clients. Maybe it is time to switch to Chase or any bank that cares and appreciates their clients.
Horrible customer service. Never keep time with appointments. Always a long wait time.
