This BOA branch is amazing and really care about their customers. I had an appointment and was checked in by Ms. Nicole who listened to my concerns. She then assured me that the Relationship Banker, Ms. Katherine Gallardo, would help me as much as she could. And she was right! I went into this BOA today as my debit card was giving issues. Ms.Geneva was outstanding by not only addressing my card but also educating me to the bank of America online "Erica" feature that can support me 24/7. I'm so thankful for her help and assistance. We need more establishments like this that can support issues and provide great customer service. I will be back to discuss addition banking needs in the future.Â
