Staff is always kind and helpful for our company bank deposits.
I see why thus bank is rated so low! Only 1 teller at the counter and multiple employees standing around. Service is really slow and the manager apologizing for it but really not doing anything to fix the problem. This has always been my experience here.
Best bank in the world, until you have a problem! Then it's your problem.
