Worst branch I’ve experienced. Last 3 times I’ve visited inside to make a deposit, I’ve stood in line for over 25mins. I just walked out.Â

Whats the point of calling to speak to someone about my account when nobody picks up the phone. I called back to back because nobody picked up. When they did pick up the phone I was transferred to the operator and put on hold and went to a voice mail and I told them I needed to stop a payment from coming out of my account tomorrow and now they all closedÂ

This is my favorite banking location. Ladies and gentlemen are very enthusiastic. jermin Naum is very professional. Wire transfers and notarization are very fast. I didn't have an appointment and still got help.Â
