My wife and I visited the Bank of America to open new accounts. Despite being the only customers and waiting for over an hour, the staff appeared disorganized, chatting amongst themselves. During our wait, a staff member went to lunch, promising to assist us upon return. The bank manager seemed uninvolved, conversing with staff in his office. A disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Worse Manager in the world. FEMALE! Has a stripper depositing all 1's creating a long line, during the Holidays. Has a buisness line for buisness owners yet, 1 person is holding it up. 4 windows and everyone is slow. BOA is usually wonderful. This location must be where lucifer banks. Don't come here!
Great bank!
Bad experience with this branch (teller counter) 2 times. First time I wanted to deposit a check into my company account. They said that as I already marked mobile deposit on the back, so I cannot deposit at counter, no exception. I went to another branch in Tucker and surprisingly, they helped me to deposit the same check without question. Second time, also wanted to deposit check to my biz account, they refused because the recipient name missing LLC at the end. I tried to deposit at the ATM with debit card and it worked.
