ROLAND WASTED MY TIME. I went to this branch an hour before they were closing to add a name to a business account. Roland sat us down and starting working on his home project. NO BS I SAW HIS COMPUTER HE WAS ON THE HOME DEPOT WEBSITE ORDER A GARAGE OPENER. WASTED AN HOUR OF MY TIME
Shantell was very rude. This location is the worst in Atlanta. Very unprofessional.
I had a good experience with this Bank of America. I had been struggling with trying to obtain an important document, and the associate, Britney was so helpful! I'm hoping I'm spelling her name right but she took the time to talk to me about my situation and really looked into the proper channels to help me!
