Ive just opened an account two weeks ago and I've been there twice now and both times I was treated very well . I dont know what these other people are saying is so bad. Guess they fix any problems.
I came in to cash a check for my employer and noticed there were five employees standing behind the counter. Unfortunately, there was no greeting or welcome when I entered. Only one employee was assisting the line while the others appeared to be standing around talking instead of helping customers. After some time, most of the employees left the counter area, leaving just one person to assist the line. If I could put a zero, I would. My 67-year-old mother went to the Union City BOA (6737 Londonderry Way) with her temporary state ID from Driver Services and had to practically beg a staff member to access her own money. He was rude, dismissive, and told her he’d “allow it this time” but not to come back with a temporary ID. This makes no sense. Temporary IDs are valid and with GA’s slow mail service, it takes weeks to get the permanent license. Why should she be denied access to her own account because of that? To make it wo... read more
