I’ve been banking with Bank of America for 50 years. And I’d have to say the customer service at this bank I’ve never seen anything so bad The lady at the front, her attitude is just absolutely horrible. The lady that greets you is so rude. I just walked out I would rather wait an hour on the phone then ask her a question it’s like I’m going out of my way asking or something. Very sad. BTW it was 10:00 8-21-26
We had heavy rain in the area and this location decided to close, but no other businesses in this area are closed. This is a huge bank and they didn’t even have a sign on the door saying that they were closed or why.
Never enough tellers working the counter! Slowest line in town!
