I was pleasantly surprised at the service I got at this bank. The reviews were not too good, but I found the banker, Mariana Roberto, to be very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I appreciated her organizational skills and pleasant personality. Thank you!
I hate coming to Bank of America I hate the fact that you cannot drive up to the window to deposit even having a business account. no one has time to be getting out of their vehicle to go inside to do these types of transactions especially when it is raining. There are many people the have kids and I'm sure it's a hassle to have to lug them inside to do a transaction that can be simply done through the window. I love going to Randolph Brooks Federal credit Union they still have Windows
Staff is not helpful, do not answer phones, and Bank Of America in general has just been horribly problematic. They put a hold on almost all of my funds being sent through for almost a week which is absurd. They don’t man the windows and will close early sometimes. Even when I have walked in there’s a woman there who’s extremely rude and deterring. I’m here to put money in your bank so treat me well or get a new job. They lye about there hours online and make you drive 30 min thinking there open
They never receive a phone call. Never ever. Every time I try, they keep in hold and never pick up. This is being dishonorable to the customer.
