ATMs are broken or malfunctioning over half the time, totally unreliable for all the people working 9-6 that can’t make it to the bank until after hours. it really seems like the bare minimum. I’ve been banking here for 13 years and am about to switch banks because of how terrible their atm situation is. i’ve had to pay multiple overdraft fees and late fees for bills simply because i can’t deposit my cash. the people have always been nice but whoever manages the property needs to step it up.

Worse bank in San Marcos. It’s the only location in town and they have the WORSE ATMS. They’re always broken and not trustworthy what so ever. The ATM literally ate over $500 with no show in my bank account.
My day has been completely ruined, do yourself a favor and don’t set up an account here or at any other Bank of America. My Cashapp got hacked back in December and I called my bank in tears after a hacker sent themselves $200 out of my account. Bank of America gave me the $200 back and opened a fraud investigation and I thought that would be the end of it. But, no, because now 2 months later they’ve decided to tell me that they have no “proof” of my claim and will be removing the $200 on Friday from my account. I’m sorry but... read more
