My day has been completely ruined, do yourself a favor and don’t set up an account here or at any other Bank of America. My Cashapp got hacked back in December and I called my bank in tears after a hacker sent themselves $200 out of my account. Bank of America gave me the $200 back and opened a fraud investigation and I thought that would be the end of it. Not really sure why this bank exists, none of the drive-thru ATMs really work and/or seem completely unmanned. They actually have employee vehicles parked in the lanes, which means they are basically useless. So it's the illusion of a drive-thru when it does not actually exist. Most atms do not accept deposits and are otherwise broken... close this bank. I'm driving to Kyle from now on.
Worst bank ever, worst customer experience I have ever seen, just shut your bank account and change bank, the teller named Mary is the worst along with Danielle, they think and act like boss, rude to customer, if they arent fired I am going to shut my whole family and business account.

Realmente es un basura la atencion, llegué, hice una cita con servicio al cliente y estube durante 2 horas viendo como llegaban los demás clientes atras de mí y todos eran atendidos mientras me ignoraban y no respetaban el orden de llegada, cuando le pregunté al encargado de las citas del porqué no me atendian, le pregunte si tenia algo que ver mi nacionalidad y me quiso sacar del banco cuando lo unico que queria era dejar de perder el tiempo, realmente una auténtica perdida de tiempo...
