Very disappointing experience at Bank of America today, October 5, 2026, around 11:30 AM. We went to the branch to get cash, but we were told their machine was not working. I understand that machines can have problems, but the staff should have provided another solution or better assistance instead of simply telling us the machine was down. Customers’ time should be respected, especially when they come into the branch for help. I hope Bank of America improves its customer service and provides customers with another option ... read more
There’s 4 atms outside and none of them ever accept cash!!! It’s been months!!! It’s not just this location either I tried the San Marcos location and same thing!!! I am so done with BOA
