Omg, I have had the best experience with Elizabeth Juarez and there staff. I had a bad experience with Chase Bank in Buda and people there do not know what there talking about..they are not properly trained. They contradict each other had me driving back and forth just to not being able to get anything done. I was told I would have to go back after a couple of days when Bank of America with Elizabeth, got everything done in less the 2 hrs. I have called 20 times and no one answer the phone. I made an appointment which will be a complete waste of time if this branch doesn't offer Gold Medallion stamps. Unbelievable that no one answers the phone!

My experience at this branch is always pleasant. I needed to make a couple of domestic wire transfers over the last two weeks. I made appointments on the phone and online. Both times I showed up 10 minutes before my appointment, and I was ushered to the bankers without waiting. All the staff I talked to were nice. Lina Vargas, a senior banker, was especially skilled and knowledgeable. One of the wire transfers I had to make encountered a technical issue, but she found a way to work around it.
