Stopped in to order foreign currency and the service was horrible the teller did not know how so she had me wait for head teller I greeted with a good morning and no response setting the tone for the transaction I did not finish transaction and went across the street to Chase where I was treated with a smile and great service! Bank of America train your employees and have a customer feel welcome not like we are bothering you!

Worst customer service. Teller, Maria had no desire to be at work or even a small gesture like a smile. I take care of my banking needs online or on the app. I wonder if this is the reason more & more branches close down.
Went in to cash a check, lady was rude and seemed to be annoyed that I didn't have an account. $8 fee to cash a check? Wasn't asked if I wanted an account, which I never would with Bank of America but still the professionalism wasn't there. The lady greeting at the door was nice
This review is about the ATM. First it spit out my check, had to move forward to retrieve it. Fortunately it wasn't windy. Secondly, it wasn't able to dispense cash. That would be great to know BEFORE proceeding , entering card etc. Seems picky to to review an ATM, but this a reoccurring problem, and based on reviews, no one cares.
