Excellent banking experience at this branch (One City Center). With the prompt, knowledgable and friendly help of Ms. Kashangi and Mr. VanTassel, a complex banking service request was provided in a seamless and timely manner. Grateful for their help with my bank transaction.
I walked into this branch and asked the teller to take out the remainder of my money in my account. They kicked me out, had building security escort me out and called the police on me. Scary people.
I just had a terrible experience with this bank and its manager, Stephen. I had to come in multiple times just to be denied a simple transaction. He blamed it on my customers bank account, which was in good standing, it was embarrassing that I even had to check with them. Then he blamed it on the check, which there was nothing wrong with in the first place, saying the computer isn’t allowing him to do what needed to be done.
