This is the absolute worst branch of Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. Walked in at 9:01 am to get help with my account and told they were busy with appointments, there was no one in the bank but me. I have never had a bank be so un-helpful
Dear customer service, On Friday I try to call your office/ support line, I’ve try to contact you for over 12 hours. One of your colleagues put the phone on me, and other one after 15 minutes conversation told me “ I can’t help you, the is nothing I can do “. I just received a phone bill of £149.95 All my calls are for nothing, but the worst is to hear I can’t help you. The worst, disgusting customer service. I’m sorry.
