I just had a lovely experience at One City Center. I have an account in conjunction with an investment portfolio. I have philosophical concerns with the institution because of its investment in fossil fuels and failure to protect our ailing climate. Tried multiple times to deposit foreign currency, a service which is listed as available at this location. They always say “nobody who can do that is here today”. I tried calling to see if I could confirm that someone was available to help but they don’t answer the phone.
This is the absolute worst branch of Bank of America I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. Walked in at 9:01 am to get help with my account and told they were busy with appointments, there was no one in the bank but me. I have never had a bank be so un-helpful
