This branch is downright creepy. Just terrible customer service, delivered with a condescending attitude. Basic activities like deposits and bank checks that take other banks 2-3 minutes are run through so many hoops, approvals, verifications, and "we need you to come back with an appointment", that the head spins. Closed our account after less than a year. Leaving two stars, since one teller I spoke with (usually works up at the North Deering location) seemed like a very nice guy and genuinely helpful.
All employees at this location have been extremely cordial and diligent. They notarized documents without cost.
Card reader does NOT work. ATM is INACCESSIBLE as there is no way to enter the lobby. BE WARNED!
I just had a lovely experience at One City Center. I have an account in conjunction with an investment portfolio. I have philosophical concerns with the institution because of its investment in fossil fuels and failure to protect our ailing climate. Tried multiple times to deposit foreign currency, a service which is listed as available at this location. They always say “nobody who can do that is here today”. I tried calling to see if I could confirm that someone was available to help but they don’t answer the phone.
