I love BoA in general and this branch in particular. Even though BoA is not my main bank (I opened an account in order to have access to banking services when I'm in Maine), the staff always treat me (and the modest funds I have here) with as much respect and diligence as if I were a major client. Plus, they always let me know, without any pressure, of the various services available, and even thought I may not stop in more than once or twice a year, they always address me by name and seem genuinely glad to have my business. ... read more
Wish we had the inside ATM again.
I was very happy with the service I got today. My teller was super patient and when I mentioned that I had questions about my account, was shepherded into a room with an equally patient and knowledgeable employee.
I have no idea how this bank stays open. policies at this branch differ so much from the other locations and what they can do consistently changes month to month. It’s frustrating to walk in and have no idea what you can expect.
