Went into cash a check that was drawn off of Bank of America for $15.90. Was going to charge me $8 to cash a check drawn off the bank. I had proper identification. I had multiple forms of identification, if asked. I don’t see how this is legal when the check is written from that bank. It should be cashed at no fee. I will stay far away from this bank because if they’re gonna charge a non-customer think of what they’re gonna charge a customer. How you treat a guest shows me exactly who you are!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!

This location deserves every terrible review that it has. I just stopped in for assistance with my debit card, which was locked due to a suspicious transaction. I had tried to call the number provided in the app, and it stated it would be over a two hour wait time, I was right next to the branch. I figured I would stop in. They do not have time to speak with me today, and the soonest they can get me in is tomorrow. There was no one waiting. Every transaction on my debit card to the best of my knowledge is legit.
