Worst bank ever. I went to this branch to ask them to fax papers to Bank of America fraud dept and they refused to look up fax number and said there was no one there who could do it for an hour or so anyway. There were no customers in there at tellers or with any officer. I went to the branch in Scarborough and they happily faxed it for me in 2 minutes.
We went into the branch to make a deposit, and were assisted by Julie. She was pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly, and we look forward to our next visit!

Went into cash a check that was drawn off of Bank of America for $15.90. Was going to charge me $8 to cash a check drawn off the bank. I had proper identification. I had multiple forms of identification, if asked. I don’t see how this is legal when the check is written from that bank. It should be cashed at no fee. I will stay far away from this bank because if they’re gonna charge a non-customer think of what they’re gonna charge a customer. How you treat a guest shows me exactly who you are!!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!!
