This is the slowest customer service I have been to. It takes them 10 minutes to do one deposit.
Terrible customer services! Every time I go to Bank of America just to make a deposit they only have ONE service window open and the line is long, especially in the morning or the beginning of the week! When you ask, their only excuse is always "we are short handed". Well you know you are short-handed why don't you hire more help? There are people looking for jobs out there!
