I’m a long time BofA customer and this is consistently one of the worst locations with the most incompetent employees. I went in to open an estate account this morning and the rep actually told me it would take 2 hours because he didn’t know what he was doing. Well that’s reassuring to know I’m about to open an important account to handle a probate but my bank offers me a completely incompetent employee to handle my critical need. Nice job Bank of America.
Bad service arrived in the door before 4:59 PM employees just standing around chatting, they said i could couldn’t withdraw because they close the counter which its supposed to be closed after 5pm or last customer, they Said use the ATM, i know to use ATM when my bank is closed. Not when is open for Business
I’ve been in three times for help. THEY obviously are updating their system.i am not able to enter a new payee. I’ve done this many times. This time it’s impossible to enter the information. It blocks me out. Other issues as well. Very frustrating!
