I absolutely love this branch of BofA. I do not have anything negative at all to say about them. They’re convenient, professional, courteous, efficient and friendly. I had occasion today to need to meet with the manager (Bernard), Assistant Manager (Vernon), and Lucy, a teller there. All were exceedingly helpful dealing with my situation. I’ve been a BofA customer for over 20 years (a satisfied customer, obviously) and felt the need to acknowledge these folks in this review today.
The absolute worst experience ever do not come here. The atm located inside the building takes your money & then they make YOU call customer service. I waited over an hour on the phone trying to get in contact with someone. All of this because their atm is broken & they continue to let their customers use it.
