Worst branch I have ever dealt with. The drive thru is beyond slow and the reps make you jump through hoops to make simple deposits. Tried to make a cash deposit into my spouses account with a completed deposit slip. They asked for my ID (no reason for this since I was making a small cash deposit with no withdrawals) after taking my ID they still refused to take the deposit. Tried to force me into opening a separate checking account of my own. NO WAY!!! Drove to another branch less than 5 miles away made the deposit quickly ... read more
