This branch has the best banker I know - Hamid Ali - he is highly appreciated for his work quality and responsiveness. He is Very effective and efficient. Customer service skills are beyond top-notch!!! I highly recommend him to anyone I know ✅✅✅✅✅
I came to that branch especially to see my devoted banker Hamid Ali which is just excellent! He was extremely responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen and help when I presented him with a non-standard request. He recommended what I should do and I followed his advice. I am very happy in general because I felt he went above and beyond for me as a customer. Highly recommend!
Beyond thankful for Hamid help, he went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable in the environment. He also was able to help me get an early appointment to notarize my paper work. If you’re looking for a trustworthy financial adviser/ banker Hamid is a person to trust. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, with management making sure you’re comfortable and pleased with the services you received.

Welcome to Urbana... The brain trust @ BOA must think the Villages neighborhood is investment types because they did away with normal configuration, teller windows and a few office spaces, to one single teller desk type window and multiple financial investment brokerage looking breakout areas..
