I had a payroll check that I just couldn’t deposit through the mobile app. I must have tried nearly 30 times without success. Finally, I went to the BOA for help, and I was so fortunate to be assisted by Tim. He was very patient and tried several times until we finally succeeded. I really appreciate his help today. Clean and nice place.
We had an amazing experience at this place with senior banker Hamid Ali. He was very helpful, and provided excellent service making us feel so comfortable . We were able to get so much information and benefits which we were not aware of before. He is efficient and very knowledgeable, trying his best to assist the customer in any way possible.
Ardenne Ndinga & Ani Aroush were amazing. Such commitment and efficiency are truly commendable and set a great example for others. I highly appreciate both their efforts and thank them for always being so helpful. Keep up the great work ladies
If i could give them 0 stars i would. Nothing would make me more happy. Short rant, I transferred my business account to them and did everything they asked of me. They then held my money for over 3 weeks...try to operate a business with no cash flow. Fast forward. Im dumb enough to deposit a large sum check into the ATM. The ATM tells me the check is hold (no problem its Saturday) finally cant wait anymore and i call on Wednesday only to find out my check was mailed back to me....never once did i get a call from the smuck th... read more
