Hamid was on time for our appointment. He was patient and kind. He helped us open a student checking account and answered all of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and this location again!
Very disappointing experience. I’ve been coming here for over a year since I own a nearby business, but service has only gotten worse. They often refuse deposits, won’t provide change, and give excuses like having only one teller. Wait times are long, and even simple requests like wire transfers are delayed or pushed back. Despite having both personal and business accounts, the service is not reliable. This was my last visit—avoid this location.
