I had some business to handle with my father and Hamid Ali assisted me. He did a spectacular job and got everything done in a timely manner. Overall, he gave a 10/10 experience and is a very kind man!

I was preparing for difficulty because my visit was specifically to close my B of A credit card account. Other reviews for the various locations in the Frederick area revealed the Ijamsville office to have the best service (even Google's AI said as much). The staff were very friendly, explained the various procedures and options, and went through the complete process with me. Hamid Ali is excellent, I had a great experience working with him at Bank of America , he is very polite helpful and professional and kind, he helped to open my check in account he has lots of patient also very knowledgeable of what he is doing. All the staff are kind and humble at Bank of America but Hamid Ali is on the Gem of Bank of America. Thank you Hamid Ali you are exceptional.
