I wanted to update my review because yesterday Hamid help me opening a new account and he was very thorough going over each step carefully.
I had a payroll check that I just couldn’t deposit through the mobile app. I must have tried nearly 30 times without success. Finally, I went to the BOA for help, and I was so fortunate to be assisted by Tim. He was very patient and tried several times until we finally succeeded. I really appreciate his help today. We had an amazing experience at this place with senior banker Hamid Ali. He was very helpful, and provided excellent service making us feel so comfortable . We were able to get so much information and benefits which we were not aware of before. He is efficient and very knowledgeable, trying his best to assist the customer in any way possible.
