I went to this bank to withdraw some money, a female help me out and when she ask for my ID, which is normal, every bank will ask you for an ID, but she grabbed a black light flashlight which I believe is to check if an ID is fake or real, but I guess just because I'm brown she did it to me, if I was white I don't think she would do it, anyway I feel I was discriminated at this bank, I have used other banks and I never saw someone using a flashlight to check my ID! anyway I will never ever use this bank again and no, I don't... read more
Easy and Quick
Safe, well-lit at night ATM to use. Have never gone inside so I can't speak to the experience in there. But the outside area has the ATM right out front versus being in a sketchy corner off to the side. I view this as a plus as traffic can always see you getting money. Have never had any issues using it.
Female bank manager just accosted me in the parking lot thinking I was someone else She asked no questions of me but did make various disparaging comment towards me. When I asked if I could help her she became even MORE belligerent. I am affiliated with a 3rd party vendor which services this branch. She is one of the reasons among many that I bank at Truist and not BOA. This particular location has a reputation that it continues to enforce with bad management and poor service.
