Female bank manager just accosted me in the parking lot thinking I was someone else She asked no questions of me but did make various disparaging comment towards me. When I asked if I could help her she became even MORE belligerent. I am affiliated with a 3rd party vendor which services this branch. She is one of the reasons among many that I bank at Truist and not BOA. This particular location has a reputation that it continues to enforce with bad management and poor service. Current Lady Manager here is a complete mess and needs to get fired ASAP. Completely disrespectful to customers went to cash a check and was asked where I got the check from 😂 ridiculous behavior. Today’s date August 14 2024. This manager is hurting the banks reputation for sure.
