I just called this branch to confirm that my correct billing address is on file (as I moved and have had an issue with my billing address matching when placing online order since then). The 1-800 number was unable to help me, because I have no idea what my phone ID number is (and never have known it). I called the branch for some assistance, and the woman who answered was incredibly rude. She asked me what I needed help with and I told her my situation to her.
