The worst bank with the worst hours. Might as well move to online only with the hours they have. Not open on the weekends and closes at 4pm on weekdays. I’ve been with this bank for over 20 years and at one point a long time ago it was great. Over the past 10 years or so it’s been a steady decline. Will 100% be switching the accounts that I haven’t switched yet to a local bank.
Last straw with BOA, I've been with them since 2007. First, they took away all the teller windows except 1, so there's always a 3-4 person line. Which they have you sitting down at a chair, btw. Now they are only open 10am-4pm Monday-Friday. And they are closed on the weekends. So I guess I have to take off work to do any banking now.
Wonderful Staff, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful...from traditional banking needs to merrill investment services, they have been exceptional in every way. This has definitely been the best bank for my family.
