If you are a jr., III, IV, + beware. National staff working with identity verification are ignorant of suffixes. You can open a checking account online with just your name and ssn. Then a week later get it closed no warning. Another week later get the letter saying they couldn't verify your identity. Keep your money away from this bank, the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Lasted 1 month before i terminated acc. They can only do withdrawal and deposits. Any questions they just send you to a different branch or you can find it online.
