Went in to get a cashier check and treated like a criminal! The cashier couldn’t believe I had an account where my cashier check would be free, then she called the manager who asked me for my id when I confirmed my identity with my debit card, that wasn’t it though when I finally received my cashier check the teller said “oh u barely made it” referring to how much money I had in my account!!!!! If you are a jr., III, IV, + beware. National staff working with identity verification are ignorant of suffixes. You can open a checking account online with just your name and ssn. Then a week later get it closed no warning. Another week later get the letter saying they couldn't verify your identity. Making a phone call to clear up their ignorant confusion results in being told to gfys and present your papers to the nearest camp. "If you want to bank with bofa".
