I went to this bank of America, there is a employee fatin shammas, she is very helpful. Thank you so much for the helping me.
My only question is, why is the restroom not open to your customers who have stayed here for an hour?
Left work early (because they close at 4:00 pm and are not open on Saturdays) to resolve an issue with a new credit card account. Arrived at 3:50 pm and was met at the door by a representative saying they close at 4:00 pm and she can make me an appointment for another day. So glad this isn’t my primary bank. They have late & weekend hours. They should just close this location.
Employees are not properly trained to perform all types of banking tasks, and to see the ONE that is trained there is typically a 20-30min waiting because this person is busy with a line of customers. Do better BOA provide same training for all your employees!
