The business banking lady is the most difficult person to work with. She knows her job, but is beyond arrogant. Very unnecessary. Had to drive out of my way to a different location & had a better experience.

Thanks to Mrs. Siba Shamon who is extremely professional service to quickly help my requests. I would definitly come again if I need any of banking service. Btw, it's better to schedule a appointment first.
Terrible customer service. I tried calling the bank for two weeks and couldn’t reach a live person. There’s no prompt to let you leave a message.
