This is a horrible bank. They provide NO customer service as I was just told by a BOA employee. I have had several problems with my account over the years and experienced this no customer service policy. Problems/mistakes happen, when it involves your bank and your money the bank should help resolve it, especially if it is their mistake, this one doesn’t. Changing banks is a hassle, avoid the hassle, find a bank that wants to work with customers and their money from the start.
So disappointed with this bank. Went on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. Told I needed to make an appointment because they had a customer coming it at 10 a.m. Made an appointment for 11:30 a.m. on Friday. Got there at 11:20 a.m. I was told someone would be with me shortly. At 11:40 a.m., I was asked if I was the 11:30 a.m. appointment! Responded “yes”!
