Bad customer service the black lady had a bad attitude and she very disrespectful
While trying to open an account. The worker failure to tell me all info needed. I had to leave and come back to get the required papers. And still had to return on another day. And he was busy on our scheduled appointment. So I had to see someone else At least she was more qualified.
The service here is too bad, especially the manager here.
This is the most ignorant bank I have ever seen. No matter what you do these idiots refuse to cash checks drawn on accounts from there branch. They refused to cash almost every check ever takin to them. I can go to another branch and don't have any problems what so ever. The manager and workers are rude, ignorant, and impolite. Funny how they can rip off there clients but yet refuse to pay out on any checks drawn from there financial institution.
