I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this bank, both involving the same representative, Angie. On both occasions, she was impersonal, dismissive, and unwilling to explain the reasoning behind certain policies that seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with standard banking practices. Don't understand the negative comments! I have always received excellent service at the teller windows and all staff personnel!
They suck and customer service sucks
Rude and horrible. Tried to get cash out at the ATM before I went into work but the atm turned off in the middle of my transaction. The atms were not closed and were in working condition when I inserted my debit card and in the middle all of a sudden the arm turned off and my debit card was stuck in the machine. I panicked because I had to go to work and my debit card was stuck I tried to call the number to get some help getting my card out but it was hard to reach someone.
