I'm not surprised that there are multiple bad reviews for this location. I made an appointment to notarize some documents online. It was confirmed and it said Sandy Alvarez was the notary public. I came in and waited for a bit. I saw her and she was going through her business in her office, and when I thought she was gonna come greet me at our appointed time, she walked past me. Very bad service
I’ve had two disappointing experiences at this bank, both involving the same representative, Angie. On both occasions, she was impersonal, dismissive, and unwilling to explain the reasoning behind certain policies that seemed arbitrary and inconsistent with standard banking practices.
