Rude and horrible. Tried to get cash out at the ATM before I went into work but the atm turned off in the middle of my transaction. The atms were not closed and were in working condition when I inserted my debit card and in the middle all of a sudden the arm turned off and my debit card was stuck in the machine. I panicked because I had to go to work and my debit card was stuck I tried to call the number to get some help getting my card out but it was hard to reach someone. I love Bank Of America!!The tellers are all pro! I've been banking with them for over 20 years. My sister died her banking there for years. My mom too and she owned and ran the Country Store in Angelus Oaks. I would never go to any other Bank. Fast, efficient and always very friendly.
The worse experience I've had with a bank! Over a week and they still haven't mailed a debit card for my new checking account. They couldn't even transfer my work check into my new account. Called the customer service line & they lady was in a rush to get me off the phone! I hope these clowns go under & don't get bailed out by the government. Give your business to your local credit union or an online bank, learn from my mistake folks.
This is the worst Bank of America to go to! The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful and she has staff following right behind her following her foot steps being disrespectful as well!!! She is racist!!! Every-time myself or family decide to go in she always gives me a rude attitude and always makes me wait over 30 minutes
They don't answer thier phones. They walked me from inside the bank to the ATM losing my place in line. As if I didn't see the ATM on the way in No stars wasn't an option.
