walked in needing a quick deposit and was honestly not expecting much because banks are normally a hassle. the greeter at the front was super friendly and pointed me to the digital kiosk which took like two minutes once she helped me set it up. the place was clean and quiet too, no crazy lines or people yelling or anything like that. figured i might as well ask a question i had about my savings while i was there and the teller actually took time to explain it without rushing me off. didnt feel like some corporate robot was t... read more

I came in trying to open an account and was told nobody could help me because “he was doing a wire” and I could make an appointment for some other day. Now I recall why I stopped working with B of A years ago.
