If you want your personal information to be screamed across the lobby I definitely recommend going to this bank! Manager Matt is amazing at making fun of, and putting people down. He treats 6 year clients like trash and doesn't care. He thinks he is god greatest, and I can tell you he's not. Find a bank that cares about you, not one that makes up hours and rules when they wanna.

We all know that banks have no reason to hold deposits on weekends as everything is done by AI and internet systems. So why does B of A continue to hold checks and say monies will not be available to cover payments until 3 days later. So fed up.

Because it is years later I will elaborate. I have never been anywhere where a black person treated me poorly because I am white, until I walked into this bank. A black security person verbally attacked me because I had the audacity to speak to her (how are you ... nice day sort of thing). I went in to speak to a person in an office, and on the way out she scolded me for speaking to her. I don't discriminate or disrespect anyone and I don't expect it from others.

Why does Bank of America now think that “bankers hours are 9am to 4pm?! So many times I race over there to find the door locked at 4pm on the dot. Think I’ll switch to Wells Fargo which is open until 5 and much more convenient. Only reason I’m not giving it 2 stars is that the business banker at this location is very professional and friendly.
