Why does Bank of America now think that “bankers hours are 9am to 4pm?! So many times I race over there to find the door locked at 4pm on the dot. Think I’ll switch to Wells Fargo which is open until 5 and much more convenient. Only reason I’m not giving it 2 stars is that the business banker at this location is very professional and friendly.Â

Went here to get cash to buy a car. Took 30 min to get $10k cash...??? Like really? Bensen was clerk and mgr had to keep checking and typing on computer... why so long to get my $$$???Â
