The manager was so Helpful
Went here to get cash to buy a car. Took 30 min to get $10k cash...??? Like really? Bensen was clerk and mgr had to keep checking and typing on computer... why so long to get my $$$???
This was the absolute worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of wasting time at. First. I went in and the place was empty. I asked if they process money orders which the heavy set gentleman working at the front informed me they only will do a cashier's check but for customers with an account. I came back in 5 minutes later for there to be 3 more customers in front of me. That would be fine normally but apparently this was 2-3 more customers than the approximately 3 bank workers could handle. I waited around 15-20+ minute... read more
