This place is only interested in taking money. You can't walk in without an appointment. After you get an appointment, they will tell you fanciful stories and not come through. And they act like they're doing you a favor taking your money. This is the worst bank I've ever used. Went to Chase right down the street, walked in, and they took care of me professionally and were accurate in their description of their services. Thank you Shawn for being such a GREAT teller. Every time I walked into a Bank of America, I would have to raise hell to get something done. Today was the first time to have a smooth transaction all thanks to Shawn. He’s a keeper.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! Terrible customer service from the teller in the corner. Complete attitude and racist… my mother came in to cash a check and deposit part into her account which she has always done at BofA no problem. We went to this location and we told the teller what we wanted to do and she put a 24 hr hold on the funds and called my mother a liar and said she never told her anything other than to deposit. My mother reiterated that she did and the teller told her to speak better english. Completely unbelie... read more

I was already waiting in line about 20 min when Sean the manager told my teller to make me go back in line so that she could help someone else first...I have been a customer for many years and didn't appreciate having to go back to the end of the line. Very rude and not customer service friendly.
