I made an appointment with a banker online and arrived 5 minutes prior to my appointment time. After being ignored for 45 minutes, I was told they did not show an appointment on their calendar and did not have time to help me. I have been a Bank of America customer for more than 20 years, and this was not the first bad experience at this branch. Lesson learned.
I had an extremely frustrating experience at this branch. I was told by a banker that my wait time would be 30-40 minutes, but I ended up waiting over an hour—only for them to fail to complete what I needed! This level of poor service and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable. If they had been honest about the wait time from the start, I could have made other arrangements instead of wasting my time. Avoid this branch if you value efficiency and professionalism.
Ridiculously managed! Made an appointment, Customer Rep finally came out after 15 minutes, started to address what my request then after 2 min the manager "Lauren" or someone by that name came in told the rep to go help the teller line since they were backed up! Total waste of my time and horrible customer experience!
I came here to express my gratitude to the Bank of America staff in this branch m, specifically to Robert Herrera although all of them took care of my credit card application process. I live in Seattle WA, but none of the branches here knew how to do my application process, the staff on Arizona location didn’t know either but they tried till they found a solution, they deserved to be recognized by their upper management, because my process was not easy, involved a very complicated channel of communication and follow up. I haven’t been to this branch in a long while, and everything looks different since the last time I was there (in a good way). The personnel are all new as well, and the process and layout looks much improved. I’ve been back a couple of times, and both times the people were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The earlier reviews are probably outdated.
