Today I want to give special thanks to the Bank of America employee in West Sacramento (1511 W Capitol Ave) — May Phan. My husband and I came in with a rather non-standard request: we urgently needed to change our account number to prevent an automatic payment from being processed. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at Bank of America. Yesterday, I arrived at 3:45 PM to make a wire transfer, and was told by a staff member named FeliCa that it was too late in the day to process it. Fair enough — I came back today at 11:25 AM, well within regular banking hours, and again FeliCa told me I couldn’t be helped because it was “lunch time.” What made it worse was that there was only one customer in the entire branch, and four staff members were just standing around doing nothing.
