Never had any issues till today,i had an account closed today, i use money network card for my job and do cash advances every two weeks been since opening account. Told me the expiration dates missing and i said yes but never had in issue always accepted they were the ones who messed up the sticker of the expiration date when swiping it literally a sticker.i have picture of expiration, Never the less today i went in and lady always trys to pressure me to switch to direct deposit again i said no thanks and then they can't tak... read more

There are 7 counters for cashiers and only one cashier was working, the rest were closed. And I waited in line for 30 min. Not sure the bank doesn’t have enough personnel or they are lazy to work.

Rude, unprofessional tellers to say the VERY least. ATM outside smells like urine and you will definitely be asked for money while pulling out or putting in funds by ATM squatters. The WORST Bank of America from here to Stockton. I promise you.
