I'm an existing customer. went there on Friday, the next available appointment to open an account is Next Wednesday. The teller told me because they only have 2 person who open account. (We did not see anyone else waiting, there were barely customers there). Went to another nearby bank of America branch, they opened the account for me within 5 minutes (they only have 3 account opening officers)
Don was extremely helpful and kind. Great branch (also in comparison to other BofA branches).
Been a customer of BofA over 39 years and used to be a stockholder. This branch was a major disappointment. Went in to get assistance and was told we had to make an appointment or try another branch. When we asked if the could call a nearby branch as our calls to BofA were not being answered one of the staff told us to go online and make an appointment. They would not even bother to call another branch for two seniors. We promptly came home and changed two of our direct deposits and will remove more funds from this completel... read more
