This bank has served me well for many years but the lack of customer service has become extremely inconvenient. Leading up to the maturation of one of my CD accounts I called their phone number many time and never got an answer or any option other than to go to their website and set up a time for a call. Their phone message stated that they were all busy helping other customers. If that is true, which I doubt, perhaps they should hire an additional worker to help their other customers. I have never had such horrible banking service and assistance in my life. They don't answer the phone. They don't seem to have any messaging service to connect to local branch. They make mistakes.
Hours aren't correct on Google. Will waste a working person's time.
Writing a review to offset some of the general BofA grievances that ended up being attributed to this one branch. I have found the staff at the branch to be friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, parking is easy. Only criticism is that having at least one day a week with extended hours would be helpful for those of us with full-time jobs.
Bank of America is bad . If you purchase a new car they quote the dealer. Finance person a rate over 8% If you get your own loan 5.99% for same term. Kick back to dealer. I called Bank America one month after purchasing auto they wouldn’t help with interest rate to refinance a brand new car lower then 8 %. Rude
