Mariana. Told me we could meet at 1pm. Very open you can hear everything while waiting. Heard her end her call right before 1pm then go to see people who were with someone else. Eventually a little after one she went back to her cubicle, I thought she would call for me but instead she went back to talk to them so I left. She never even replied to me saying I left. Eric the manager is not helpful
This bank has served me well for many years but the lack of customer service has become extremely inconvenient. Leading up to the maturation of one of my CD accounts I called their phone number many time and never got an answer or any option other than to go to their website and set up a time for a call. Their phone message stated that they were all busy helping other customers. If that is true, which I doubt, perhaps they should hire an additional worker to help their other customers. I have never had such horrible banking service and assistance in my life. They don't answer the phone. They don't seem to have any messaging service to connect to local branch. They make mistakes.
Hours aren't correct on Google. Will waste a working person's time.
