On July 7th, 2025 I went to Bank of America located at 7465 Watt Ave, North Highlands, CA, 95660 to deposit a business check for my Employer around 12:25 pm. To my surprise the security guard did not let people inside the branch even though inside were only about 6,7 people. Outside was a very hot summer day. I waited in line for a long time, I asked for some water for me and for the other people in line outside and I was directed to go to the store to buy some if I need it. BoA themselves (not the staff there) have destroyed this branch's history. This bank in 2007 had a whole business section that was always busy in a good way. At least 9 tellers ready to help people at the main area. What happened? This bank now has people line up outside. 2 tellers at most I feel bad for the staff. I feel bad for the customers.
