I have been banking with Bank of America for little over a year and a half almost 2 years and I can effectively say it's a good starter bank for teens but not a good long-term bank because they fail to tell you some things and check deposits literally sometimes have taken up to 5 to 10 days with me and on multiple occasions when I had to report an unauthorized charge they refused to give me my money back cuz it hadn't posted yet they're supposed to cancel that processing charge remove the charge and give me back my money tha... read more

When I walked up to the window because I thought that was the right thing to do a lady with grey hair short said on June 22 . 2026 said rudely I’m not ready yet , she couldn’t of said I’ll be with you in a minute. Sir. No it was disrespectful. And I’m such a nice person. League city on 270 needs to realize you’re a business not something people have to have.
My personal experience they are very helpful and nice and understanding.
