Terrible customer service. The teller refused to deposit my check because it “didn’t show up in the system yet” and told me to come back another time. After I explained that trying to “come another time” is a huge inconvenience and they can review that the funds were available in the other account (a local dealership) she went on a random tangent about not being able to share the information from the other account.. I was waiting in the lobby area for 30 minutes No body asked me what your waiting here for . They only walking around and no customers service And then she asked me after 30 minutes what can we help you I explained it to here she said you got wait 1 hour my banker will help you
