My family and I wanted to make one of our accounts a joint account. We went to the bank and within a couple minutes we were helped by a gentlemen named David. We explained to him what we wanted and he offered advice and some suggestions. After we made our decision he took us to an office and helped us make our joint account. He was very friendly, funny, and helpful. Took around 10-15 minutes and we were all set up. Very quick and amazing service. Thank you David
Went to this Bank of America today hoping to get some help in changing my address, getting a new debit card, and adding new beneficiaries in our accounts. The gentleman that we spoke to did not really want to help us. He told me to do all those online in my app. Such a bad customer service. And tho think we’ve been a customer since 1991. I definitely thought of closing all my accounts there and opening in another bank with better customer service. So disappointed in Bofa 😢😡
