I had a very disappointing experience at this bank. The customer service was highly unprofessional. The employees were rolling their eyes and speaking in a very rude and dismissive manner. They didn’t even say something as simple as “have a nice day.” Instead, I was met with unfriendly and unpleasant facial expressions that felt disrespectful and degrading.
