This bank was always a pleasure, until IT TEMPORARILY CLOSED weeks ago. This has created a hardship and especially for senior citizens who only drive locally.
I was very disappointed with this branch of BofA. I am in the process of buying a home and I went to this branch to wire funds related to the home purchase. I walked in and everyone was friendly and everything seemed fine. I got to the counter after waiting 15 minutes (no big issue with the wait, I expected it). The very nice employee named Mariah was assisting me and I asked for a wire transfer. She was unable to complete it as she did not have access to that part of the system.
