Banker Ricky is lazy and not helpful, i need to update the name on my account since my name change, he told me that need the New driver license that match the name, but I have the name change form which from the court and he said that’s not going work, but how come the other Bank of America works? Just lazy and no trying to help

The banker told me my credit was locked but I called Experian they said there’s nothing wrong with my credit. Very unprofessional stuff.
