Beware of fraud. Bank of America has the worst fraud prevention I have ever seen. They let someone else withdrawn money from my bank account. The scammer doesnt even have my debit card, but apparently they can withdraw using a fake ID with the teller somehow. I called their fraud team, told them what happened, closed the old account, opened a new one - and it still happened 3 more times! It happened once at this exact branch. Very bad experience. My online banking was locked. No body can help. I made some calls to the customer service and went to the bank for help several times，but to no avail, and the staff even said that I had disturbed her. This is the service of Bank of America.
