I have been a BOA customer for 40 years, and 35 years at this location. This BOA branch consistently provides the worst customer waiting and banking management experience among various banks in the past 15 years, never fails. BOA cuts its staffing to the bare minimum level. Waiting time in this branch has been the longest, often over an hour or an hour and half, for over a decade. we are here ONLY for the safety deposit box for the access we had the key. i ask one of the Chinese Lady teller we are here for safety deposit box access n she said you still have to b in linr with the rest customers which like 5 n they worked pretty slow as well. no wonder the ratings for this branch are so low. they should have someone who help customers with simple stuff like access deposit box n atm help. finally they brought another guy teller to help out. i just updated with ratings from 1 to 3 cause the asian guy's he... read more
