The staff inside are very patient. The short-haired lady helped me deal with the card theft today. She was very careful and attentive and helped me lock the card. I really appreciate her professionalism and carefulness. The lady with glasses at the window was very gentle and had a good attitude. I felt very warm and took care of my anxiety.
I went to the Montreal Park location this morning to open a new account, but the staff told me they couldn’t help me for reasons that didn’t make sense. I left confused because I went to another Bank of America branch near Los Angeles right after, and they were able to open the same account for me with no problem at all. It’s frustrating that the same request can be handled so differently between locations. I hope the Montreal Park branch can improve consistency in their service and better assist customers in the future.
Today was a good day to visit the Bank of America. No people, so it was fast and easy.
